IMG 2.9 – now with over 5,000 genomes

IMG 2.9 now contains 5,115 genomes and 6,514,244 genes. It also includes a phylogenetic tree-based genome browser, a dotplot tool for comparison studies, tools to look at horizontal gene transfer, and Arthrobacter chlorophenolicus protein expression data.
