Leisingera methylohalidivorans Schaefer et al. 2002 emend. Vandecandelaere et al. 2008 is the type species of the genus Leisingera. Omega: an Overlap-graph de novo Assembler for Metagenomics

MOTIVATION:: Metagenomic sequencing allows reconstruction of microbial genomes directly from environmental samples.
