Complete Genome Sequence of Agrobacterium sp. Strain 33MFTa1.1, Isolated from Thlaspi arvense Roots

Agrobacterium sp. strain 33MFTa1.1 was isolated for functional host-microbe interaction studies from the Thlaspi arvense root-associated microbiome.
