Draft genome sequence of the Tremellomycetes yeast Papiliotrema laurentii 5307AH, isolated from aircraft

Papiliotrema laurentii 5307AH was isolated from an aircraft polymer-coated surface. The genome size is 19,510,785 bp with a G + C content of 56%. Draft genome sequences of Butyrivibrio hungatei DSM 14810 (JK 615T) and Butyrivibrio fibrisolvens DSM 3071 (D1T).

Here, we report the draft genome sequences of two Butyrivibrio-type strains isolated from rumen fluid.
